Fragile, not durable for mountain riding
Broke twice, once when chest hit it, second time when rolling the sled over in powder from a stuck. This is normal mountain riding, this should not happen. OEM Polaris mountain straps take much more abuse. Some people might not break this, but I wouldn't trust it. It just broke rolling the machine over to get un-stuck. I saw another review on Dennis Kirk where it broke easily for another guy. CFR warrantied it once, TBD on follow-on times.

Thanks for your review. We have updated our Rigid Mountain Strap to have a softer rubber that will prevent it from breaking like you experienced. I am happy to cover your previous outdated mountain strap under warranty and replace it with this new and improved model.
I'm sorry that you are one of the people who experienced issues with this strap, and I assure you that we have resolved the problem. We have not had any warranty claims for the new Rigid Strap since it has been updated.
