All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
- A tracking number will be provided via email after dispatch.
- Track your order using UPS / DHL services.
- If you have any tracking queries, our support team is ready to assist.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact the team at cs@cheetahfactoryracing.com to make modifications to your order ASAP. Changing an address after an order is dispatched may not be possible so it is in your best interest to act quickly.
- Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
- Contact our customer service for any order changes as soon as possible, we are always happy to make changes or substitutions up until we hand your package off to UPS / DHL.
Package Theft / Porch Pirates
At CFR, we prioritize efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. All packages are shipped using tracked shipping methods to ensure you are informed of your package's progress and delivery status. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for its safety transfers to the recipient.
Responsibility for Delivered Packages
- Delivery Confirmation: CFR's responsibility ends once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.
- Recipient Responsibility: The recipient is solely responsible for ensuring the safety of the package after it has been delivered. CFR is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
Tracked Shipping for Delivery Notifications
To help you stay informed, CFR always provides tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey and anticipate its arrival. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or take precautions to secure it upon delivery.
Recommendations for Secure Delivery
To help safeguard your package:
- Arrange for delivery to a location where someone will be available to receive it.
- Use secure delivery options, such as delivering to a work address or parcel locker.
Handling Stolen or Lost Packages
If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery:
- Confirm with household members or neighbors that the package wasn’t collected or delivered elsewhere.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for a lost or stolen package.
- Report the theft to local authorities if necessary.
CFR will provide tracking information and shipping details to assist with carrier claims. However, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
